We take pride in the quality of our product and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you get your money back

Rutanet S.C. has the obligation to provide a quality, uninterrupted and assertive service to its customers. If any user faces the impossibility to use its membership for more than 36 continuous hours* in a single month, he/she has the right to demand a total refund of its purchase.
- The user must notify via email of the problem as soon as it happens. A copy of the mail must be saved for future reference.
- Once the notification has been placed, Rutanet must attend immediately. If a confirmation mail is not delivered within the next 36 hours a full refund will be made automatically.
- If any charge is made twice (or the amount is incorrect).
- If any charge is made out of time.
- If the service has been cancelled and Rutanet charges the normal fee as if the service was still active, a full refund will be made automatically.
- Whenever the user has diminished its purchased plan benefits but the system charges the previous more expensive plan benefits, the difference will be refunded.
- If the user decides, voluntarily, not to use the system a refund will not be valid.
- Any other reason will not be contemplated to generate a refund
*36 hours are equivalent to 5% of continuos fails in a calendar month
